May 25, 2007 -- A worker at an upper Manhattan nursing home is accused of sexually assaulting two of its elderly and disabled residents, police sources said yesterday.
Michael Brizen, 60, of Flatbush, Brooklyn, is at Rikers Island following his arrest last week in connection with two attacks last year at the Isabella Geriatric Center in Inwood.
Cops say Brizen raped a wheelchair-bound woman six times last May and also tried to rape a 67-year-old bedridden woman in June.
The latter alerted the nursing home. Brizen was released on $10,000 bail, and it was months before the alleged May assaults came to light and he was re-arrested
