CELA 2011 is the Continuing Education and Legislative Advocacy conference that brings together consumers, manufacturers and Complex Rehab Technology professionals for face-to-face visits in Washington, DC with Members of Congress. These meetings are designed to address the current challenges of access to, and reimbursement for, Complex Rehab Technology products - now and in the future. We are seeking a Separate Benefit Category under Medicare for Complex Rehab Technology.
