I don't know if this footage on LiveLeak was taken in 2005 (or even earlier) but it clearly shows a media event at which former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani clearly avoided answering questions about his policy on medical marijuana from a man with muscular dystrophy in a wheelchair.
