Help Get & Keep Us Out of Nursing Homes

Our national leaders just don't get it. They don't want to reform long-term care so that seniors and people with disabilities can live in our communities instead of in nursing homes. They have indicated that they won't pass the Community Choice Act as a part of national healthcare reform.
Please help to educate them by emailing your representatives, Speaker Pelosi, the President, and federal policy staff to let them know that you want the CCA passed, and that you know that without it, healthcare reform will fail.
