Resources for Children with Special Needs

An independent, not-for-profit citywide source of help for New York City parents and caregivers of children with disabilities or special needs, ages birth to 21, and the professionals who work with them. RCSN is designated by the U.S. Department of Education as a Parent Training and Information Center. RCSN provides information and referral, parent support, advocacy services, a workshop series and specialized training, library and information services, directories and publications. RCSN presents an annual Special Camp Fair and other special events. Located at 116 E. 16th St., 5th Fl., New York, NY 10003, just off of Park Ave. South.
