Palace Theatre
$26.50 tickets are available for patrons with disabilities, hearing and visually impaired. As a courtesy, patrons with disabilities are permitted to purchase wheelchair and companion seats at $36.25 for his or her companion.
The Palace is equipped with wheelchair accessible restrooms on the Orchestra level.
There are designated wheelchair and companion spaces in the rear of the Orchestra section. This theatre is not equipped with an elevator or escalator.
Theatre representatives are available to meet patrons with disabilities in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated wheelchair accessible areas.
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

ACCESS INTO THEATRE: Theatre is not completely wheelchair accessible. Please be advised that where there are steps either into or within the theatre, we are unable to provide assistance.
There are no steps into the theatre from the sidewalk.
ORCHESTRA LOCATION: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating location.
MEZZANINE LOCATION: Located on the 2nd level: up 20 steps. Please Note: On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row C.
RESTROOM: There is a wheelchair accessible restroom (unisex) located on the lobby level. There is a men's restroom located on the Mezzanine level. A ladies' restroom is located on the lower lounge (down 18 steps).

Hilton Theatre
Theatre access is available at both 43rd and 42nd Streets entrances. Please request wheelchair seating from sales representative at time of purchase. Wheelchair seating is located Row G of dress circle. There is no handicap access to balcony level. Accessible Restrooms are located in Dress Circle lobby.
The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available in the lobby, free of charge. A photo ID is required.

New Amsterdam Theatre
Tickets to designated wheelchair locations for people who use wheelchairs and their able-bodied companions are sold at the price of the least-expensive seat in the house and are subject to availability. Wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities are also available at the New Amsterdam Theatre on each of our three levels: the Balcony, Mezzanine, and Orchestra levels.
The theater is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and loop listening device system. Listening devices are available on all theater levels, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
