Every two years, the NYMTC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is updated for a five year period. All federally funded projects are required to be on the TIP in order to be eligible for funding. To give a better understanding of where the region spends its federal funds, an annual listing is published each year that shows which projects were actually approved for federal funding.
